ZC Rubber is set to unveil its latest range of OTR (Off-The-Road) tire innovations at the BAUMA 2025 exhibition, from April 7-13, highlighting new product releases from its premium brands, WESTLAKE and TIANLI, renowned for their exceptional performance in demanding off-road applications.

WESTLAKE CB740

WESTLAKE will debut the 29.5R25 CB740 tire, specifically designed for articulated dump trucks. Featuring a robust block tread design, the tire offers enhanced ground contact, stability, and superior resistance to punctures and wear. The tread depth has been increased by 17% compared to the TRA standard E-4 pattern, effectively extending the tire’s service life. Additionally, the multi-compound design adapts to various operating conditions, while the upgraded sidewall compound boosts puncture resistance by 10% and reduces crack propagation by 15%.

WESTLAKE will also present the 35/65R33 CB398 for underground mining trucks and the 290/90-20 EL08 for wheel excavators.

TIANLI FOREST GRIP

TIANLI, a leading brand in OTR tires for agriculture and forestry, will unveil the 800/45-30.5 FOREST GRIP tire. With an open tread design that boosts self-cleaning ability, this tire efficiently distributes engine power, minimizing slippage and offering excellent flotation, cut resistance, and traction for forestry equipment and articulated dump trucks.

TIANLI will also highlight the 460/70R24 BACKTRACK RADIAL SUPREME, a versatile radial tire designed for machinery such as backhoes and telehandlers. With a robust tread base design, it offers superior traction, wear resistance, and stability. The reinforced shoulder design further improves puncture resistance, making it well-suited for demanding environments.
